I miss you Aunt Kris, and wish I could have spent more time with you,,,

Aunt Tina ; My God Mother My Friend. I will miss the girl talks and support that was always available to me. She was forever the Nurse with her patients. She once told me how much she cherished her time in the middle of the night with them. She said they had a wonderful sense of their coming to and end to their lives and enjoyed telling her their stories. Her job allowed her to sit and listen. She spoke of the peace that showed up on their faces. She could see that they were full of the life that they had lived and were content. We both said that was how we felt and that was a gift. My Aunt Tina was my mentor and friend. I will call on her spirit of life to remember her always.

Ruth Kris Case, was Ruth to some, Kris to others, but she was my Aunt Tina.  She was always kind, patient, and wise.  She loved her family more than life.  She was a hero to the people she shared her nursing skills with.  They were so lucky to have her, as we were so lucky to have her in our lives.  I'll keep her laughter in my heart, and remember this wonderful woman.

I will miss Aunt Tina!   She was an angel of an aunt.  Always thinking of others.  Always positive and cheerful.  She had a great sense of humor and a heart of gold.  She is the last of the Binder girls, and my mother's youngest sister. She was a blessing in my life!
