Virginia E. Waples

Virginia E. Waples, age 91 of Traverse City, died March 31, 2012. Virginia was born February 5, 1921 the daughter of Gustave & Martha Schoenborn. Attending Oak Park High School in Illionois she met her future husband, William. She later attended the Business School at Merchandise Mart in Chicago. She retired from the Milliken's Cosmetic Department after many years of service. Virginia really enjoyed playing bridge and a good perfect manhattan. Beloved Wife of the late William. Loving Mother of: Lynda (Richard) Weiner and Bill (Debra) Waples. Proud Grandmother of: Audrey Waples, Ashley (Ross) Garbett and Laura Waples. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and three sisters. Private family services have already been held.
