Charles loved his church families at First Baptist Church in Decatur and Clairmont Hills Baptist (now Bridgepoint Church) in Decatur.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Sylvia Jarrett Palmer, and four older brothers. He is survived by his daughter Lee Ann Hall (Butch), grandchildren Hayden and Mackenzie, as well as many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A visitation will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens on Thursday April 24th from 5 – 8 PM, and a small family graveside service will be held at the family plot in Broxton, GA at a time to be determined.
