She was 88 years old. Born in Coleman, GA on February 13, 1934. Claire grew up in Fort Gaines, GA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Radford Hamilton and her sister, Carolyn Hartley.
She is survived by two sisters: Kathleen Crozier Olive of Dothan, AL and Mildred Sunny Ramsey of Panama City Beach, FL, along with several nieces and nephews and her four children: Radford C. Hamilton Jr (Alison) of Flowery Branch, Carol Hamilton of Tucker, Amy Googe (Billy) of Snellville and Brian Hamilton (Sandy) of Good Hope.
She is also survived by her seven grandchildren: Jennifer Hamilton, William Googe, Chris Hamilton, Justin Googe, Heather Woodburn, Lisa Hamilton-Rajaram and Brad Hamilton and eight great-grandchildren.
A Private Graveside Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Tucker.
