On Thursday March 19, 2015, Elizabeth O. Carter, beloved wife of A.E. “Dean” Carter passed away. Loving mother of Jerry and Tammy Carter, Kenneth Carter, Charlotte Carter, beloved grandmother of Tiffany Savincki (Stephen), Justin Carter (Jennifer), Natasha Kimsey (Todd), Heather Baker (Justin) and Karissa Davenport (Kevin). She is also survived by her loving great-grandchildren; Ashlyn, Loren, Lannah, Colin, Aiden, Dylan, Mackenzie, Carleigh and Miles, her sister, Edna Parrish, loving family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 11a.m. – 12 noon at Floral Hills Funeral Home & Memory Gardens, 3150 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA, where service will begin at 12 noon. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
