She is preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Donnie Moore; her parents, Leon and Edith Thomas, her sister and brother-in-law; Mary and Edward Mann as well as nephew, Joseph Mann.
She is survived by her children; Donnell and Chuck Brightwell, Connie and Cordey Allen, and Danny and Leighann Moore, her sister, Frances Bailey, 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 4 adopted great-grandchildren.
A visitation for JoAnn will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3150 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA 30084, followed by a graveside service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
