A funeral service for Kay will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3150 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA 30084. A burial will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
