Ken graduated from Tucker High School and Emory University with a degree in Chemistry. Ken loved music and played several instruments in the Tucker High band and played with both the Emory and Georgia Tech bands during college. Ken and Nathalie still enjoy music and have season tickets for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.
Another passion was automobiles. He worked for NTW (now NTB) for a short time and then joined Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta where he remained as a Parts Specialist until his death. Ken was a member of Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
Survivors include his wife, Nathalie Erwin of Chamblee; his parents, Kenneth and Janice Erwin of Cornelia, Georgia, his sister, Pam Shelton (J. D.) of Signal Mountain, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 31 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until service time.
