She was born in Florence, SC the daughter of the late Martin Talmadge and Lula Mims Floyd.
She was a secretary for Cox Enterprises.
Survivors include her daughter Anastasia "Stacy" Petkas of Tucker; her grandchildren, Jettie, Jodi, and Jacob Nash; her sisters, Joyce Pruitt of Lilburn, Miriam Thompson of Lake City, SC, Mae Pender of Georgetown, SC, Phillis Downing of Andrews, SC, Faye Hall and Raye McDonald both of Hartsville, SC.
Memorial Services will be held on Sunday Aug. 15 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home.
