Oscar Jose was born on December 1, 1955, in Matanzas, Cuba, to parents Oscar Naranjo Casas and Sara Alcebo Naranjo.
Oscar Jose retired from Delta Airlines in 2012, where he worked for more than 33 years.
Oscar Jose loved his family dearly and was a loyal friend and neighbor. We will all miss him very much.
Oscar Jose is survived by his sister Carmen Lourdes Amaya, his brother-in-law Roberto Amaya, his nephew Jose Joaquin Amaya, and his niece Isabel Maria Amaya.
A funeral mass will be held on January 8, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, 3773 Chamblee Tucker Road, Atlanta, GA 30341. Immediately following, the family and friends are invited to gather for a reception at the church. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park, 201 Mt. Vernon Highway N.W., Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
