He was born in Yon-Byun, China the son of the late Seung-Bak Shin and Ok Kim.
He was a retired Korean Army officer.
Funeral services Friday May 9, 2013 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home with Pastor Joseph Seo officiating.
Interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
