Stephen was born on April 7, 1951 in Honesdale, PA, to Kenneth William Fowler Sr and Zelda Mae Bowen.
He is preceded in death by wife, Donna Marie Fowler, son; David Fowler, grandson, David James and brother, Robert Fowler.
Stephen is survived by his children; Steven (Dawn) Fowler, Melisa James, Donna Fowler, grandchildren; Loren James, Tonya (Michael) Simpson, Tiffany Dupree, Brittany (David) Hinote, Davin (Kaylee) Fowler, great-grandchildren: Brandon, Hollie, Hayden , Faith, JR, Brayson, Landon, Lila and Bryce. Siblings; Fred, Rachel, Gerald, Thomas, Elanor, Marie, Johnny, Kenneth Jr. (Buddy).
A celebration of life will be held on June 13, 2026 at 2:00pm, location to be announced.
Memorial donations can be made to the Children’s Hospital in his honor.
