Taylor Morgan (Homer) Futrell, 91 of Tucker, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2011. He was born in Jackson, Mississippi. Homer was a graduate of Georgia Tech and a World War II Army veteran. A longtime member of Tucker First United Methodist Church. He was a retired Electrical Engineer from Westinghouse
Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, David Futrell of Lilburn, GA, and Larry and Carol Futrell of Ulster Park, NY; his granddaughter, Lynnea Michelle Futrell.
Funeral Services Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Tucker First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jimmy Moor officiating. Interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
