To the family and friends of Captain Hubbard, you have my condolence at this earthly loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers that you keep the faith. I remember Captain Hubbard as one of the commanders within the Fulton County Marshal's Department. I worked in the office next to his (that he shared with Captain Billingsly). They both kept me laughing at some shenanigan they were "cooking up". I recall that Captain Hubbard was kind, giving and quite passionate about his role as a Deputy Marshal. I feel fortunate that our paths crossed for that short period before he retired. God bless and keep all who knew him and loved him well and he in return.
