I was fortunate to have worked with Bill in the 80's and 90's. Whether the job was large or small we all knew we could depend on Bill to satisfy the customer. Bill really was a jack of all trades, yet he was a master at whatever category of packaging equipment he had to install or repair. Looking back, it's amazing the breadth of his experience and skills. Many of us who worked with Bill appreciate all he did to help us along our way. Bill taught us what we needed to know, he was always there for us when we needed him.
