Aleya Yasmyn “Alex” Schriner, 18, of Tucson, AZ, passed away on November 15, 2016. She was born November 3, 1998 and raised in Tucson. She was a graduate of Empire High School class of 2017. She began interning with Walgreens in their pharmacy department to one day reach her dream of becoming a pharmacist. She had a great talent and love for photography, theater and most of all music. She enjoyed television shows and films that made her think. She is survived by her parents, Timothy J. Schriner (father), Lola Tooley (mother) and Joe Tooley (step-father); sister, Gabrielle Esperanza Shaw – Schriner; grandmother, Carol Josephine Schriner and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Ignatius Schriner. She will be laid to rest on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 10:30 AM at East Lawn Palms Cemetery.
