Angelica Rose Canez

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful Angelica Rose Canez, 24, on March 2, 2025, in Phoenix, AZ. Born on March 22, 2000, in Tucson, AZ, Angelica was a loving fiancé and devoted mother to her two children.

Angelica had a special way of making everyone around her feel loved. Her smile was infectious, and her caring spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She found joy in the simple moments—whether it was reading, drawing, or spending time with her family. Her heart was full of love, and she shared that love freely with those close to her.

She is survived by her fiancé, Acxel Adame; daughter, Reina B. Adame; son, Arthur A. Adame; father, Frank D. Canez; stepmother, Moranda Canez; mother, Dessie Moran; and her siblings: Lucius R. Canez, Annalucia Canez, Adrian Canez, Azariah D. Canez, Alyssa B. Moran, Aidan J. Moran, and Alexandra L. Moran.

She is also survived by her grandparents, Daniel and Teresa Hedberg and Lupita Canez. Angelica was preceded in death by her stepfather, Santiago S. Moran Jr.

Angelica’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed, but her love and light will never be forgotten.”
