

Ann Marie Trimble 59, the daughter of the late Arthur and Thelma Turner, passed away March 1, 2015. Ann was born February 19, 1956 in Pond Eddy, New York. Ann is survived by her husband of 40 years, James “Jim” Trimble; three sisters; Barbara Bronson and her husband Gary, Joan Garrity and her husband Kenny, Kelly Moul and her husband Tim; one brother; Arthur Turner Jr. and his wife Darlene; nieces and nephews include; Kristie Moore and Cyrus, Jenny McElroy and her husband Rich, Jason Turner, Kenneth Garrity and his wife Jamilah, Robert Turner, Tawny Allen, Lauren Eckerson and her husband Daniel, Lenny Franklin and his girlfriend Amanda Bayne, Brandon Turner, Justin Moul, Devon Turner, Brieona Turner; Great nieces and nephews include Adelle and Burke Moore, Ethan and Addison McElroy, Adam, Layla, and Saarah Garrity, and Alexis Turner. Ann is preceded in death by her brother, Paul Turner; and nephew, Barton Davis. Ann grew up in the very small town of Pond Eddy, directly across the Delaware River in upstate New York. She graduated from Eldred High School. After graduating, she took a short trip to Tucson to visit her sister Barbara. Jim Trimble, met Ann during her short stay, and knowing a good thing when he saw it, quickly proposed. Thelma, aka Mom, got word and was on the next plane out to Arizona to bring Ann back to New York. Jim jumped in his car and drove to New York to meet his future family. They married and eventually returned to Tucson to call home. Ann and Jim could always be seen holding hands together and recently celebrated their 40th Anniversary. Ann was a Controller at Scotia Group. She enjoyed her work. Ann also had a special love for her nieces and nephews, who were like her children. Whether Ann was at work, church, or home, she knew the importance of LOVE, faith, prayer, friendship, and people. Ann’s fun loving and vivacious personality attracted life long friends. Time was her friend. She always knew how to make it. Ann had a great ability to remember your name, your friend’s name and let’s not forget your cousin’s name. She had life figured out. She had faith in PEOPLE. She LOVED people and people LOVED her. She will be so deeply missed. Ann had the gift to light up any room with her warm smile and welcoming embrace.
