To the family of a Star.
Although studious, Art helped me, and just about every member of the Supply Squadron. Whether it was a question, an opinion, a smile was constant. We were all "adopted" by him. Although I hadn't seen him in many years, he stands out as a special person.

Rest I peace it seems we are loosening or friends all the time sorry for your loss

I had the honor or working with Art at the Arizona Air National Guard for many years.  He was a great teacher, very patient, and was a humble leader that you did not mind following.  I also learned how to make peanut brittle from your mom.  It was my honor to know both.  Thank you for sharing them with us at the unit.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Art's family and friends. Art and I shared the same office at the Air Guard for many years, and I thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent together. He was a man of high moral character, and he knew his job (and mine) inside-and-out. Thank you Art for your friendship, your guidance, and for all of the great memories...until we meet again!
