It is with great sadness that the family of Arturo H Otero, born May 2nd, 1937, announce his passing on November 4th, 2025. He was a devoted husband, father, brother & uncle. Arturo was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife Ruth Diaz-Otero, his siblings Celina Valenzuela (Otero), and Fernando Otero; his 4 children Edward Otero, Michael Otero, Vincent Otero, Jennifer Otero. His son John Otero and brother Antonio Otero predeceased him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at East Lawn Palms Mortuary, located at 5801 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712, on December 4, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Committal Service will follow at East Lawn Palms Cemetery, situated at the same address, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
