I had heard all about Pat and Betty Lou, the sisters from Pennsylvania from Pam Collup at church, and I was so glad to meet them both when they moved back to Tucson. Ah, Betty...I will always remember your laugh, your sense of humor, your ability to roll with the punches, and especially your Western Pennsylvania accent, which I would just drink in when we gathered in our Crafty Ladies group. I am missing you. 

Sweet Betty... 40 years of memories. You will be missed forever. Our sincere condolences to Patty, the nieces and nephews and life long friends left behind. God's peace to your broken hearts.

Aunt Betty,
  We only knew each other for 8 years, but that is all is took for you to make a lifelong impression on me. You were a woman of honesty...and you were full of advice and knowledge.  You welcomed me into the family and treated me like one of your own. You taught me more than you realized. I chose the photo I did...because that was a very special day that I'm glad you were there to share...and I can still remember word for word what you said to me that day! My fondest memory, (although there were many)  will be of you and I putting the ornaments on the Christmas tree. I am so thankful I have a photo for memory. I Will miss our phone chats and just hearing your voice.
You will be missed by so many!

Aunt Betty,
     You were amazing! All that you have seen and done in your lifetime has made memories in our minds, and hearts as well. 
     You have always made me feel cared for and loved. The memories that you have given me and all of us will never be forgotten.
     I am so glad you got to meet MK Mae and spend some time with her,  and her and Layton will always know who Aunt Betty was...one of the greatest ladies to walk this earth. I (we) will love and miss you forever!

Not being able to say goodbye is the hardest thing n the world ,I'm so glad the last thing we said to each other was that we loved one another , we will be reunited one day in heaven & rejoice. You'll always &  forever be in my heart, Thank you for a life time of memories and love and always being here for me. I pray I made you proud of me. It has been more than an honor to call you my Aunt Betty I love you I know your smiling down with grandma & grandpa & mom .


I met Betty in 1993. She was a member of the craft group at Christ Presbyterian Church, and was the "card stamping lady". We hit it off right away, and have been great friends ever since. I will miss her forever.
