was born in San Francisco, California on June 10, 1966. He relocated to Southern Arizona in 2003, moving to Vail in 2017. He spent over 30 years working in Information Technology. He had an impressive work ethic. He was a big fan of Nascar, the San Francisco Giants and a diehard Raiders fan, even in the bad years.
Bill had a big personality and was always the life of the party, but his life was complicated and had many different aspects.
Bill is survived by his children, Tameela, Madison, Billy, Dominic and Francesca.
