I only knew Brian through his brother David Wilson. But, he was a very good man. So sorry for your loss.

my name is gabby and i’m 9 years old. i know brian from ventana canyon. brian was always so nice and caring to me. i had golf practice every thursday. after practice brian would always have french fries and a root beer waiting for me. he would always go out of his way to make sure to make me smile. brian gave me a balloon on one of the last times that i saw him. i will always remember him when i see it. the last time i got to see brian was as i was walking through the restaurant. i got a ‘fist bump’ and a smile from him. he always had a smile for me. i will miss him so much.

Brian,

I feel very grateful to having been your friend and having your friendship all these years. You were one of my best friends during childhood and also remain so later in life. You and your family have always been there for me during the hardest and best of times, and that has been and always will be something special. I know you are an avid reader and are able to see all these thoughts of those important throughout your life and recognize the importance of those relationships. Thank you for having had a positive impact on those around you. Thank you for your kindness to those who needed it. Thank you to you and your family for everything. You are missed.

Rob

I've known Brian since the 7th grade. We were great friends then, and in high school we would cruise around in his red Camaro and go fishing at lake Patagonia. I have so many fond memories of that care free time in our lives.
We lost touch for a few years but reconnected in 2019. Even though we looked older it was like no time had passed on our friendship.
My thoughts and condolences goes out to Mrs. Wilson, Dave and all the lives he's touched.

I worked with Brian at on the border for about 15 years…he used to ask me to fix his clothes when he lost a button or needed a seam repaired…we talked sports and golf and girls….I have soooo many fond memories of Brian….I could go on forever. Sending my most heartfelt condolences to his mom , brother and other family members.

We are so sad that we will no longer see Brian's gentle smile and good humor behind the bar at Ventana. He was a great guy - always happy to help regardless of the request. We will miss both his anticipation of our family's favorite libations as well as my brief, but lively discussions with him about sports - especially March Madness. I think basketball was his favorite sport - unfortunately we both backed losing teams. And, I could not persuade him to root for the Golden State Warriors despite my best efforts.
We are traveling so will not be able to attend Brian's service, but will be thinking of you during this sad time.
Best regards,
Hannah and Larry Crutcher

Karen and I were very saddened to hear of Brian's passing. Brian became a friend immediately upon meeting him at Ventana. His natural ability of thoughtfulness, caring and professionalism will be remembered. Brian was loved.
Memories of Brian will last forever!

My husband Don and I were deeply saddened to learn of Brian’s passing. He took very good care of us at the club, so kind and helpful. We will miss him so very much. Barbara Carrig
