Cassandra, my dear friend. Where do I begin? It took me sometime to find the right words to write you because I am still in complete shock && disbelief 😔. How do I put into words what I feel? 

Writing this is difficult to say the least! 

Our friendship was Est. back in 1989, (we were always so proud of that) we were only five (5) years old at Pueblo Gardens. We went to Vail and Rincon together. We loved that fact that we remained good friends as 
adults. You got to meet my family. . . My family knew you as 'My friend Cassandra". 
Not only were you a great friend, but a lifetime friend. 😪😭

I may not have many pictures with you and that's okay...because I have a lifetime of beautiful memories of you and many that we made together. 
Do you remember when we were in 7th grade we decided we would walk from Vail M.S to our homes in the hood? 
We were released from school at 3:40pm and we walked to the Fry's on 22nd/Alvernon...we kept asking everyone for a $1.00 "Make you hollar for a dollar" and we laughed so much every single time. When I got home, I got the biggest ass whopping of my life because we got home past 7pm instead of taking the school bus. 
 Hehehe Ooooweeeeeeee it was so worth it though. 🤣🤣

I remember buying food from you at the carreta. Or when I would make pozole, menudo or any food really, I would take you some. 
As many times as we had made plans we never made it out to get raspados and go to my favorite carreta stand to eat some taquitos de cabeza.😔

I remember going to your house, talking about life, my story and why I came back to Tucson. I realized then how grown and mature you were.  That Fancie Cassie Lee was all grown up and not the young girl I grew up with. 

You were always the life of the party and I am sure that in heaven it will be no different.  I will always keep your memory alive like a good friend should. I love you and miss you more than what I could ever express. RIP 

 Cassandra words cannot express how your passing has caused pain in my heart. You made a mark on this Earth. From your stylish looks, loving heart, kindness and love. I’ve known you since Kinder and throughout the years we made some everlasting memories. I will never forget the conversation we had a few weeks after My Dad passed, it was something I needed very much. I know Heaven is a brighter place since you’ve arrived with your beautiful smile and contagious laugh. You will always be remembered. I will forever hold you in my heart amiga. Sending all my love and prayers to your family. Till we meet again Miss Fancie Cassie Lee 💕💕
