Celia passed away peacefully on July 27th, 2023. She is survived by her daughters, Vicky and Valarie, beloved Grandchildren, Karina (Dylan), and Brian (Trinity), and much loved Great Grandchildren, Dillinger and Collette. She is also survived by her sister, Mary, Brother Ed, and many nieces and nephews. She was a 2nd mom to Beth (Bob) since 1972. Celia retired from the City of Tucson in 1988. She kept busy playing bridge, Mahjong, gardening, and spending time at the Senior Center. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed having guests on the weekends. She will be dearly missed.
