Cloye, beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on March 30, 2024. Cloye was 65 years old. Cloye was the fifth child of Albert Clifton Miller and Lourine Knight Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Tom and Kim, and brother- in law, Gary W. Dingman. Also preceded in death by nephews Scott W. Miller and John Boston. He is survived by his sisters, Ginger, and Debra, and his brother Albert (Rhonda), He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great- great nieces and nephews.
Cloye was born in Yuma Az. On Aug. 27, 1958, where they remained for 11 years until his parents moved to Globe Az, where he would attend 6th and 7th grade. At that time, they moved to Catalina Az. Where he attended Canyon Del Oro Junior High and High School. Cloye graduated from Canyon del Oro High School in 1977. He worked for Safeway grocery store after high school, until he enrolled in Cosmetology school. He worked as a Cosmetologist his entire career, until he retired in 2021.
Cloye was well respected by his clients for his dedication to his job and his desire to make them all happy. It was client first with him and he did all he could to please them. He worked for many salons in Tucson, most of these years with Imagen.
He enjoyed dancing and had a brief stint as a dance instructor. He also competed in dancing contests. And did very well in them. He loved to dance the night away.
Cloye had many interests, he was on the track team at CDO, where he was the #1 sprinter his senior year. He enjoyed raising livestock in 4H, and showing quarterhorses, and competing in gymkahnas.
