Bob and Co were my honorary aunt and uncle from the time I was born. Co and my mom were the same age and were very close friends as were Bob and my dad, Dave Campbell. Bob and Dad had known each other since high school and were amazing friends. It was always such a treat when they came to visit us in Phoenix, and Bob would often come by on his sales trips around the state. I remember as a small boy thinking that my Aunt Co was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen! And Uncle Bob was the most fun guy I was ever around. I've carried those impressions with me for more than 60 years, through all that both they and I have been through in our lives. I was blessed to have known both of them all these years and miss them every day. Both my parents were artists and my dad was an accomplished commercial artist. Co had a number of my dad's paintings and she told me once she felt a little intimidated by his talent and so had been reluctant to make and show her own paintings. She needn't have worried -- her art was amazing.

Dear Co, You were a special friend whom we cherished for your good and generous heart and admired for your many talents like water color painting and home design and decoration  and entertaining friends. You were as beautiful as you were kind to all of us who remember you so well.

Co was like a second mother to me. We met her through Rancho Quieto. She was such an example of who I want to be. She was positive & thankful for all things even though she had been through so much adversity. I will miss her. She is now at peace. Love you Co.

I'll always remember our trip to San Diego with my dad, Bob and the boys.  Co was so kind, had a great laugh, and was a good friend to our family.  I'm so glad Murphy was able to have lunch with Co last January.  Sweet, gracious Co.  What a gal!

It was a great privilege to have Co and Bob as my godparents.    As a child, I remember visiting them at their lovely home and going swimming. They were both always so kind to me.  She was such a talented artist.  My parents have two of her watercolrs in their home which they cherish.  I no longer live in Tucson, so I am so grateful that I had the chance to  visit her not long ago.    She was loved greatly and will be missed.  Love to Michael and family

It took at least, two days, after Michael called to tell us of Corinnes passing to really realize that she had finally left us to join her beloved Bob.........So many beautiful and loving memories flood our senses. We go back so many years. We shared the good times and the not so good times with them both. Their home in Skyline,we watched them build, their dear little boys who brought so much joy into their lives. and the tragic loss..........The years in-between. Moving on and yet looking back.
 Rancho Quieto with the deer  and rabbits and yes, the Mexican wolf who graced the desert surrounding the ranch at sunset.  Such a joy to Co. The music we shared, Co's beautiful art work, and Bob's model  airplanes...The old Pioneer Hotel hosting the Mining Conventions,  Co looking like a million dollars  " Curly with the best god damn looking legs on the planet"     Oh those were the wonderful days we had the good fortune to share.. So many more  always in our heart and memory. You will be missed dear lovely girl...Go in peace. and love.               ..

Corinne I met you under the worst circumstances one could imagine. I am so glad we became friends and remained so all these years. I will miss you and the talks we had together.

Don and I are saddened today by the news that Coco passed.  She was the coolest woman with a French twist we have ever known.  We loved her and will miss her.

Truly saddened to hear about your "Coco".
She was magnificent and according to Bob had the "best legs of any woman on earth". I went to work for Bob at the office in 1971 and after leaving for several years, came back during his illness and subsequently worked for Alex at L & M. My family spent my Mom's 60th birthday at Rancho Quieto.  We had great times at the "Hangover Room" and she came to my wedding in El Paso almost 30 years ago.
I am blessed to have known her. She's with her Bob now and they are with those they loved that have gone before them.

We met Co in 2004 when we moved into one of her Casitas at Rancho Quieto.  She started out as our landlady and became a dear friend.  Her straightforward opinions, honesty and above all warmth and compassion endeared her to us.  Over the years my wife and I were fortunate enough to spend time with Co and count her as a friend.  She always made us laugh.  She had so many wonderful stories to tell about the good old days.  The clarity of her mind and the life we witnessed revealed a spirited, engaged and energetic person.  Co had her share of heartbreaks but was resilient and trooped on with a love for family, friends and life.  She will be missed, we're blessed to have known her.
