Daniel Hoffman, beloved husband, father, and Papa, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2023, at the age of 77. He brought immense love and joy into the lives of all who knew him, and his unwavering faith in the Lord was an inspiration to everyone.
Daniel was born on July 25,1945, in Elkhorn Wisconsin. He proudly served in the military as a Marine during the Vietnam War, where his steadfast dedication, patriotism and commitment to the military was admirable. After his service, he attended the University of Arizona and later began a career in Roofing, where he and his wife started Daniel Roofing Company in 1982.
Daniel was deeply devoted to his wife of 41 years, Janet and their two children, Sabra Godwin (Michael) and Brittany Scobee (Shawn). He cherished the role of being a loving and supportive father and was an adoring Papa to his two grandchildren, Summer Hoffman and Easton Scobee.
In his free time, Daniel enjoyed watching U of A sports, attending band day, traveling to the sandy beaches of Southern California and marveling at the incredible storms that would roll in during monsoon season.
Daniel is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. His legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will continue to inspire us all.
