David Hill III

David Hill III, known to family as “Tracy”, and to Friends as “Tre” was born September 1, 1970 in Idabel, Oklahoma to David (Jr.) and Flossie Hill. He is preceded in death by his father, David Hill Jr, his grandmother and grandfather Lucretia and Sam Butler. For a period of David’s life he stayed in Millerton, Oklahoma with his grandmother and grandfather where he attended Valliant Elementary and Middle school. He went to Mt. Olive Baptist church with his grandmother and loved the song “Amazing Grace”. David then moved to Tucson, AZ where he went to Catalina High School and a Construction trade school. David moved back to Oklahoma after the death of his grandfather to help and assist his grandmother until her passing. David began a career in truck driving and various other jobs. In his latter days, David struggled with many trials that to him became too hard to bear. He leaves to mourn, his mother Flossie Fields and stepfather Ardell Fields who David considered as “Dad”; one son, David Hill IV (Alexis); and a granddaughter, Aaliyah, of Tucson, AZ.; a sister, Karen Brock of Dallas, TX; a stepsister, Roxanne Hudson (Greg) of Tucson, AZ. David also leaves his aunts and uncles, Cherry Gaffney (O.C), Rebecca Stepteaux and Hazel Butler; an uncle, Artie Stewart (Linda) all of Tucson, AZ; and a host of cousins and friends.
