Ellen was my sister and I will miss her very much. I am Peter Anthony Gill, living in the U.K. (England), and due to the family separating when I was only 3 years old, Ellen and I never shared any life together. Would love to be in touch with her family. Love and kisses to her from me.

We are so sorry to hear that we have lost our good neighbor and friend, Ellen.  She was a great lady and was the first person we met when we drove up to our new townhouse next door to Ellen and she was right there to welcome us into the community.  We remained friends for the past 6 1/2 years and certainly didn't expect to lose her so soon.  Our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to move back to Tucson and spend time with my grandma before she passed away. Meeting her friends and seeing the impact she had on her community just reaffirmed what I already knew about my grandma. She was a hardworking, caring and feisty woman with a heart of gold. If ever you needed help she would be there without question. Her sense of humor could brighten up any bad mood. She will be missed beyond words and I know she will be remembered by the many people who were lucky enough to have known her. I will not forget the laughter that filled her home or the advice she has given to me over the years. The stars are lucky to have you in their company, and we are lucky to have you watching over us. We love you grandma.

I'll never forget Mrs. Horton's beautiful laugh!  It always brought a smile to my face.  She had a genuine as well as a witty personality, which I admired.  She was a beautiful person inside as well as the outside. I  am so ever grateful for the luncheon I had last month with Mrs. Horton,  and my dear friend Bernadette and my mother.  Heaven is lucky to have her!! My prayers, sympathy and love for Bernadette and her family! Love, Elizabeth

My condolences to all the Horton family.  I have always called Ellen my other mom and will forever cherish the countless memories I have of her.  She was the most amazing friend to my mother, Audrey, from the first day they met over 40 years ago. The entire White family loves her and will miss her terribly.  Love & peace,

Words can not express the loss I feel.
