Elvin was preceded in death by his wife Ella Joan Chatham; his mother Marge Chatham. He is survived by his son Scottie Chatham; his daughter Kathy Chatham; his son Jason Chatham (Melissa); and his son Eddie Chatham (Jenny); his grandchildren Kasey Richardson, Alexis Chatham (Bryce), Kylie Chatham, Maycie Chatham, Zachary Chatham, Aleigha Chatham, Chase Chatham, and Ulises M Valenzuela.
As a loving father and grandfather, Elvin enjoyed spending time with his family. In his early years, he was an avid softball player and loved teaming up with his wife and three sons. Elvin loved the outdoors and was always up for an ATV ride and camping trips with friends and family. He was a business owner and operator of Frontier Foam Roofing for 35 years in Tucson, Arizona. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace, Pops; We love you!

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 S Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
