Emma Ratliff

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Emma Ratliff a beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend on July 21, 2025. She is preceded in death by her husband Herman Ratliff and son Steven Ratliff. Emma is survived by her children Anna Vigil (Mike); Michael Ratliff; Catherine Tanori; Donna Ballard (Jim); Ron Ratliff (Maggie); Cheryl Thacker (Robert) and Nancy Brown (Cord) along with 21 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Emma had an unwavering faith in the Lord and was an avid sports fan and loved her Wildcats. Though Emma may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will forever remain in our hearts. We take comfort in knowing that she is now in the presence of the Lord. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 31st, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 215 S. Craycroft Rd, Tucson, AZ 85711. Graveside committal will follow at 12:00 p.m. at East Lawn Palms Cemetery, 5801 E. Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712. A reception will be held afterward at the Kaycee Club, 601 S. Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85716 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..
