When you think of Evangelina “Tina” Haro, you think of a woman who truly loves her family and
would stand by them whenever they needed her. This time however, she was called to stand
next to her loving husband, Joe Haro, once again, and gained her wings on February 1, 2022.
Tina enjoyed spending time in the kitchen and creating meals for her friends and family. You
would find her and her support at the race tracks on Saturday nights and at sports games such
as baseball, soccer, and football with her personal bag full of homemade burritos. She was
known to offer them up to anyone who was hungry, even if she just met them. You would also
see her at family gatherings going around to everyone and making sure that all her loved ones
were fed and enjoying their time.
Tina will be lovingly remembered as a devoted mother to her two sons and daughters: Joey,
Paco, Cecilia, and Lisa.
She was a loving Nana to: Letti, Jena, PJ, Joey, Jonah, Caesar, Cisco, Naya, and Asia and an
amazing Great-Nana, “bisabuela,” to Monroe and Bella.
She also opened her arms which were full of love to her daughter-in-laws and son-in-law: Marcy,
Rosanna, and Arnold.
She will always be remembered by her sister, Irene and as a Tia to many nephews and nieces.
Whatever you knew her by: Mom, Nana, bisabuela, sister, mother-in-law, Tia, or friend - she will
always be remembered as a very strong and determined woman who continued to fight to the
very end. We will miss her every day.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.funerariadelangelSL.com for the Haro family.
