Born in Veracruz, Mexico and resident of Tucson, Az. since 1982. Survived by his wife Carol and daughter Karena Nespoli of Tucson. AZ, son Joel Rios, daughters Krishna Macias and Larissa Friddell of Houston, TX. and nine grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by family and friends, both here and in Mexico.
