He was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He loved laughing, eating, and spending time with family. He also loved listening to music, old westerns, sports, and staying physically active.
He was preceded in death by beloved wife Pauline Godoy; stepfather George L. Hernandez; and tio Peter Silvas. Survivors include his mother Roberta Hernandez; father Arturo Godoy; daughter Patricia Godoy; granddaughters Yelina and Jenice Gastello; brothers Alex and Art Godoy (Natalie); and sisters Linda and Evelyn Godoy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, many other loved ones, and friends.
The graveside service and interment of ashes will be held, Thursday, September 24, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. The services will be held at Monte Calvario Cemetery, 5149 W. Omokol, Tucson, Arizona 85757.
