Tata almost a year you’ve been gone:( the past 10 months without you here has been so hard Tata. A lot of things have changed since you left earth, I don’t know who I am anymore. I feel so lost I feel so depressed, everyone tells me “it’s okay nida it’s okay nida” but It’s not, they tell me “tata wouldn’t want you to be sad he’d want you to be happy” but can I ? No I’ve tried I’ve tried to be happy I’ve tried to act like I’m okay but in reality Tata I’m not. I’m so heartbroken I miss you. I listen to your voicemail repeatedly. Over and over and over and over. Eventually I just end up crying myself to sleep. Sometimes I’ll rewatch the video I took of you talking about the time you’re ur were walking next to jacobs park and I’ll cry and cry Bc I know I should’ve hugged you tighter or I should’ve spent more time with you and tell you I love you more often. Tata I feel so empty without you, you were the only thing that kept us all together. I think of you every second of the day there’s never a time I don’t. I make sure I include you into everything, I make sure if I meet new ppl I tell then about you. My bf anthony I’m always telling him how good of a Tata you were to me. Tata I miss you everyone does :( I just wish you were here life just seems to just get harder and harder. But let me tell you I got threw a lot while grieving for you. The Sunday you passed I went back to extern that same Monday Bc I needed to finish, I ended up finishing college and graduated March 5th 2022 but ofc my ceremony was October 7th. I did it for you Tata. Now I’ma be going back to school next fall for nursing. I want to make you proud. I love you Tata, I love you forever and ever. I hope your at peace and resting good. Forever my guardian angel 👼 

Dear Tata i hope your doing good in heaven rn It hasn’t been the same without you or easy but I would remember you telling me to stay strong n never give up n if someone punches you you punch them back I wish there was a rewind button so I can hear your voice one last time I also miss your presence when your around me I miss you asking me for coffee and you bringing me pizza from 711 in the morning you’ll always be in my heart

It's been months since I heard your voice Tata, months without your thoughts and wisdom, months without your guidance. I remember when I was nothing but a troubling toddler, I use to wake up to the smell of charing tortillas and the sounds of sizzling eggs and bacon, you dancing, whistling, and mimicking instruments, your music echoing through the hallways of a full house. By the time I finished what you've made I'd go outside to the back yard and just play while you stood there watching over me, I'll never forget the sounds of birds chirping and the way the air smelled, and every time I'd hurt myself, you would tell me "get up!, you don't cry, your a man. Real men don't cry, I always get hurt but you'll never see me crying, I get up and dust the dirt of my hands and knees" that's what you'd tell me, but I realize that's your very own double entendre, and I thank you for that Tata, for letting me know your secrets of life. Because I'm gonna need it to succeed, to stick to your words and to keep your promise, to take care of my family, our family. You being gone makes me realize to love in the moment, cause the next day you'll never know what would truly happen until it's too late. I'm sorry for not being the perfect grandson that you've always wanted, but I know you loved me no matter what, you always wanted the best for all of us, but we all took you for granted, now look at us. On the brink of failure but we're staying strong, strong for you. I promise to keep my brothers and sister safe, along with mom and Nana. I swore to you and I plan to keep it that way no matter how hard it is. I love you Tata, we all love you, with all of our hearts. You'll always be my Tata, my real dad figure that I've never had. I hope to see you again one day, save a row of seats for us, but for now I want you to watch me turn this family around, cause failure isn't an option for me. Heaven is so Lucky to have you in their village🥺 I hope your happy with my tia and the rest of the family.
