Gilbert retired from the city of Tucson after 41 years of service. He was a hard working father, Tio and Tata. Loved by his children Sally, Wilo, Benny, Hector, Chris, Mark Anthony, Gabriel and Lisa, he was loved by his grandchildren, late wife Mary V. Soto and Many Brothers Sisters and Step Children.
A visitation for Gilbert will be held Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel University, 7 East University Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85705. A rosary service will occur from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM,
