Gisele Yolande Beaury was born in Vitry-le-Francois, France, in March, 1929 to Robert Beaury and Suzanne Durand. She married Joseph Paul Aley at the end of World War II in Reims, France and came to the United States in 1946. Gisele has two daughters, Nancy Gisele Quaid, (husband, Jeff) and Jo Michele Savage (husband, Bryan). She lived in Tucumcari, New Mexico, Mason City, Iowa, New York City, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, and has been a resident of Tucson since the mid-1960's. Gisele sang on television in the first days of TV in the 50's and was a song writer in the Brille Building in New York City. Gisele and Joe divorced and remained life long friends. In Tucson she was married to Michael Lopez.
Gisele worked at Burr-Brown Research, University of Arizona, Romance Languages, Tucson International Airport and a variety of Indian Jewelry Gift Stores. She also worked at Stanford in Palo Alto.
A lover of animals she enjoyed the company of her beloved dogs and cats and was a supporter of many animal rescue organizations.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Suzanne Durand and her father, Robert Beaury, and former husband Joseph P. Aley.
Gisele is survived by her daughters Nancy (Jeff) and Michele (Bryan), her beloved mommy cat, caring friends Sylvia Cruz, Sister Irma, Monique, Esther, Eva, Alex, Dehlia, Mike, Willie, Vince and missed by all who knew and loved her.
