Jake Angel Zabaleta, age 40, passed away on October 5, 2026. Born on March 29, 1986, Jake was a resident of Tucson, Arizona. He will be remembered as a beloved father whose love for his children remained steadfast through life’s most difficult seasons, and as a man whose warmth and gentle humor could still find a way to surface even in challenging times.
Jake graduated from Flowing wells High School, carrying forward a determination that shaped the years ahead. He later worked in as a laymen in construction, where his steady effort reflected a strong sense of responsibility and pride in honest work.
In the last few years of his life, Jake faced many hardships and struggled with his health. Despite the challenges he endured, his love for his children—Aiden, Zane, Jaedyn, JJ, Colton, Mateo, Jackson, and Francisco—never wavered. Even when life was difficult and circumstances were uncertain, they remained in his thoughts and were always loved.
Jake found peace in the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and camping—simple, grounding pursuits that offered quiet moments of comfort and reflection.
Jake will be loved and missed by his father, Daniel, brothers, Billy and Saint, relatives, and friends.
