Born in Anaheim, California, on September 13, 1960, Jim later made Tucson, Arizona his home.
Jimbo was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose presence lit up every room. He was a proud father to Tylor and Cole Forshey, and a devoted grandfather to Benjamin, Everleigh Anne, Athena, Jasper, and Radley. He was also a caring stepfather to Oliver, Ethan and Donny Volungus.
Family meant everything to Jim. He is survived by his siblings Kathy, Adam, Bryon, Recee, Bobby, and David; his former wife, friend, and mother to his two sons: Janet Skelton; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was truly a friend to all—his kindness, laughter, and big heart touched countless lives in Tucson and beyond.
Jimbo loved the outdoors—off-roading, fishing, building things with his hands, and spending time under the sun. He found joy in coaching his sons in sports, sharing stories over a game of pool at the local tavern, cooking for his family, and cherishing every moment with his grandbabies. His loyal dogs were always by his side, and his love for life was felt by all who knew him.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Jimbo will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
