Dear Elizabeth and Kathryn:

Thanks for the opportunity to get to know your dad and to spend time with him and also yourselves.  Jim truly was "A Prince of a Man." I feel very blessed to have known him and will miss him. I visited him last Wednesday and had no idea that he might pass away anytime soon. He graced the Legal Profession and is a great example for the rest of us in the profession of how we should live our lives.  Thank you.  You and Jim's entire family are in my prayers. Please accept my condolences.
