Jason was our beloved son, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew and grandson and friend to many and will be sorely missed. Jason is survived by his mother Christine Flaherty and fathers Kevin P. Flaherty and Richard Bake (Sandra) his siblings: brothers Michael, Taylor, Ricky and sister Jessica Flaherty,
step-sister Cassandra. World's best daddy to Aden and JJ (Jessie Jane).
We will miss your beautiful smile and the world's best hugs. You were taken from us way too soon in your short life but we have been so blessed that you were in our lives. We love you so much and until we meet again, spread your wings fly our angel., As in life, your compassion to help people has continued through your gifts of life to others; through organ donation.
A Memorial Service, is being held Thursday evening, October 5, 6:00 PM at East Lawn Palms Mortuary.
