Jason Scott Heard

Jason Scott Heard, 52, of Tucson, AZ,passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025. Jason was born July 3rd, 1973 in Dallas, TX to his father, Terry Joe Heard and mother, Susan Aaron King. He had one sibling, Sara Lynn Groat and her husband Michael John Groat. On February 4th, 2003 he married the love of his life, Misty Dawn Heard, and they shared more than 24 years together. They had one child, a son, TJ Allen Heard, born in 2001, who is married to Angelina Rose Heard. Jason was a devoted and loving husband as well as a selfless and responsible father. While extremely proud of the man his son was growing into, the apple of his eye was his beautiful granddaughter, Adalynn Rose Heard, born in 2024. He provided for his family as a Lead Operating Engineer. Jason, suddenly passed away at his home on August 31st, 2025, in the loving arms of his wife. He is survived by his parents, sister, wife, and son. He will always be remembered for the kindness in his heart and his big hugs and smile, warm spirit, love of family and friends, and for his desire to prepare delicious food for those he cared about. The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation for the outpouring of love, support, and well wishes during this difficult time.
