Thank you Jean for your service to the City of Tucson. I remember your intelligent and precise presentations on the budget and on finance issues in general. We miss people of your grace and integrity in our city staff. My condolences to your family.

I worked with Jean at the Tucson Police Department many years ago.  She also helped me with my first Campaign for Sheriff in 1980.  A great lady and friend.  Clarence W. Dupnik.

I remember Jean Wilkins as a good and sharing friend and neighbor. She was a one of a kind highly intelligent lady, no nonsense, but a good heart,  gracious entertainer.  Many pleasant memories of the Wilkens family and of Debbie.

I remember working with Jean at the City years ago and she was one smart, classy lady! She was a pleasure to work. After she retired and was on the board for CTRA she continued to strive for what was best for the retired 
City employees.

Good bye Jean.  My condolences to Jean's family.  I worked for TPD and met Jean through CTRA.  She was a great person.
