81, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Originally from Short Hills, New Jersey, she moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona, where she earned her Master’s in Education and met her husband, Ernesto Luis Aguilar. Though she had careers in teaching and retail—as the owner of the women’s boutique “Savvy”—Jennifer always maintained that all she really wanted to do was to be a mother. And, she was exactly that "times three." Known for creating Christmas traditions, crafting Halloween costumes out of balloons and duct tape, and baking the best bunny cakes, she will be sorely missed by both friends and family.
She is survived by her brother, Carl; sister, Meg; daughters, Christina, Mariana, and Tiffany; granddaughters, Ysa, Stella, and Lucy; grandson, Gabriel; great-granddaughter, Kiani; great-grandson, Kaison; and her son-in-law, Huy.
