Joe Dean Winn, 77, passed away in Tucson, AZ on April 4, 2017, with his wife and daughters by his side. Joe was born on Oct. 6, 1939, in Milton, Iowa to Forrest and Pauline Winn. Joe retired from the U.S. Air Force after 23 1/2 years of honorable service. He then worked an additional 10 years at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC). Joe and his wife, Elizabeth were married for 37 happy years. In addition to his wife, Joe is survived by is sister, Kay Burroughs of Bella Vista, AR and her husband, Ron. Joe's brother, Bill Winn of Milton, Iowa. Joe's daughter, Brenda Hamm of Phoenix, AZ her husband, Frankie and their son, Donovan. Joe's son, Joe Dean of Phoenix, AZ and his sons, Devin and Daulton. Joe's step-daughter, Karen Ward of Yuba City, CA, her husband, Dean and their children, Emma and Daniel. Joe enjoyed bowling and was on many bowling leagues over the years. He also loved traveling - site seeing and visiting family. He also enjoyed going to the casino from time to time. He will be deeply missed.
