Julie was a Tucson resident for most of her life, attending school here and graduating from Sunnyside High School. She had a long career with Pima County Juvenile Court. First as Intake Supervisor and then as an HR specialist, retiring twice. Julie was a devoted member of Rosemont Community Church and the International Goodsports Club. She also was heavily involved with the Indoor sports Club and Special Olympics. She treated all those who crossed her path with love and embrace many as family. She love celebrating the people in her live on their birthday.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Martha Billington, her sister Janet Billington, her brother John Billington, and many other family and friends.
Julie is survived by her daughter Keri Stahlman (Jeremy), grandchildren Matthew and Elia Stahlman, siblings Ann Menzel, Eldon Billington, Ethel Rigli, and Grace Garr (Robert), and many (grand) nephews and nieces.
Her memorial service will be held at Southlawn Mortuary on Friday, November 22nd, 2024 at 3pm reception immediately following.
