He was born on November 14, 1988 in Tucson, Arizona where he married his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth. They welcomed four beautiful children: Gabriel, Joseph,Julio Jr, and Annalisa. Julio was excited for all of his children joining him and Elizabeth for lifetime aventures. He was always planning their next family vacations. Julio enjoyed music, outdoors, family gatherings and was a diehard Raiders fan. He loved making people laugh, his smile was contagious. He was always willing to learn something new. He believed how knowledge is power.
In addition to his beloved wife and children he was survived by his parents, Julio and Alma. As well as his sisters Irma,Isbeth,Jasmine and also surrounded by many loving friends and family. Preceded in death by his nana Ofelia and brother Abel.
