Good memories growing up across the street from Kathryn, George, and Roger. Our mother Margaret would go over and watch the Cats games on TV with Kathryn, both big fans. They kept an eye on each other. Poticia was always shared yearly.. When I would call her for special occasions like Easter, birthday. Christmas she was always happy to chat about home, family, even politics. She would say we were like her kids, and we are honored to have such a place with her. I last spoke with her a couple weeks ago and she was ready to go on her next adventure. Lots of catching up up there. She and her family are in our prayers.

Grandma, you were one of my best friends as well as the sweetest grandmother anyone could ask for. For over 2 decades, we rarely missed our weekly phone conversations, which I miss terribly. I will always cherish memories of you: your smile, your laugh, your hugs, your kind and caring nature, your ability to teach without scolding, your ability to help me see the good in everything, and so much more. I miss you tremendously, but I know you are with other loved ones rejoicing. We will always love you and we are thankful for all the time we had with you in our lives.

🦋 My wonderful, beautiful and best grandmother ever has gone on to be with the lord, grandpa Brady, my brother Jerry and many others from both sides of the family, may you rest in peace and look down on us as you are now our angel, thank you for being such a wonderful grandma and the best person I've ever known, oh how you will be missed, times with you and our talks on the phone will always be cherished and an ever lasting memory for me, I will miss talking to you or getting to visit you but your memories will be with me forever. Your cooking and baking will definitely be missed but fortunately for me I get to still enjoy some of those treasures through my sister (Vicky Downing), especially those peanut butter balls and the Pecan Pie(when she gets it right, lol) but I will definitely miss your Red Velvet Cake, that was my favorite. Thank you grandma for all the wonderful memories and the time you took care of me during my ear surgery and when I broke(shattered) my arm when I was a little boy, your loving touch and soft spoken words were always heartfelt and will always be cherished. I'm glad I got to spend time with you over the last several years and mostly the last few days you were her on earth, I will never forget you and I will miss you forever, may a butterfly 🦋 always remind us of you as they were your most favorite thing, I love you grandma, until we meet again.🦋

My precious and loving Aunt Katherine, actually my great aunt, my Grandma's baby sister was so incredibly kind, genuinely loving and sincerely happy every opportunity I ever had to spend time with her. She has always been my mother's "favorite aunt" and has taken this news of Aunt Katherine's passing quite hard.
My prayers are with Roger and Howard and the rest of the extended family. God bless you. May you be forever comforted by the memories of her big heart and pretty smile.
