Kathleen Bertha Brumble

Kathy Brumble, who was 71 years old, was welcomed to her forever home to be with the Lord on December 20, 2014. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Bertha and James Garland. She is survived by her loving husband, Earle, of 42 years; her daughter, Angela (Kevin); her two grandchildren, Brent and Brock; her brother Patrick (Maureen); step daughter, Kathy; nieces and nephew, Chelsea, Nikie and Christopher and brother-in-law, Russell. Kathy was a wonderful, caring and dedicated teacher for 32 years. She had a special place in her heart for each and every one of her students and was proud to see them succeed and always thought she had the best students each year. Kathy was also passionate about helping children get adopted and received her doctorate in hopes to help raise awareness and help children around the world with special needs become adopted. Kathy was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend who gave endless love to each and will be greatly missed. To honor her memory Kathy wished not to have a service and in lieu of flowers, Kathy’s wish was to have donations made to the American Heart Association to help others.
